| East Baton Rouge Sales Tax | Sales and services performed within East Baton Rouge parish are subject to a 5% sales tax. |
| Louisiana Sales Tax | Sales and services performed within Louisiana are subject to a 4% sales tax. |

Flat Rate Services
| Hard Drive Upgrade | $100 for up to four hours of installation and data migration. This includes a permanent software license for future drive copies on the same system.

| Virus removal | $100 flat rate charge to remove viruses, malicious software, and install spyware protection.
Free antivirus for home usage workstations will be installed. |
